I got this email from Iyouta earlier. He is letting me know that there is RealFlow BIN importer available for Blender.
Iyouta is the creator of Project Sparta, which is a standalone "Particle Sculptor" for Realflow.
Now I personally never really use Realflow unfortunately, so I don't know the workflow involved. But if you are using Realflow and like to use Blender to mix your Particles, maybe this one is useful.
