Kotaro Chiba is a self made illustrator, designer and animator based in Niigata, Japan. His work is clearly heavily influenced by his home country, containing elements of traditional Japanese art as manga and old woodcuts, showing young women with long delicate necks and soft features in a variety of natural landscapes.
